Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please call or text 413-813-9005, Facebook message or email homefrontequestrians@comcast.net as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment, even if it's after your scheduled time. After one "no contact/no show" HomeFront Equestrians reserves the right to charge the regular fee of $65 per rider or dismiss your family from the program. With the high demand for lessons and limited time we have found it necessary for this strict policy.
